Micro-greens are vertically grown sprouts that have been matured for several more days. Unlike sprouts, they are grown in soil or on a material in which the roots can take hold. The plants are harvested during their 7-12 day of growth.
They are more nutritious then sprouts and have many wonderful flavors that will enhance your recipes or combined together making new super nutritious salads, green drinks, smoothies and wraps.
Currently, we do not ship micro-greens. We delivery in the Tampa Bay area on a set schedule and offer our products at local farmers markets and events .
